The
following terms and conditions apply to all business undertaken with CLP
Solutions Limited:
Terms of Payment

Payment
in full is required within 14 days of the date of invoice. |

Please
make cheques payable to: CLP Solutions Limited. |

Invoices
will be despatched to the client with the completed assignment. In
the case of a web site design the invoice will be sent as soon as
the web site has been published with the hosting company. |
Confidentiality
The content of any assignment undertaken by CLP
Solutions Limited will be treated in strict confidence, no
details (personal, sensitive or otherwise) will be revealed to a third
party under any circumstances (unless requested by a Government body).
Deadlines
We will endeavour to meet any deadline agreed, however, should unforeseen
circumstances arise, CLP Solutions Limited
cannot accept liability for reasonable delays.

100% accurate before returning to the client |

Any
errors discovered by the client within the 14 days invoice period
will be corrected free of charge. |
